Monteverde residential village 2202 does not simply offer a living & sleeping space, it actually functions like a real small village that combines modern buildings & local natural environment.

It is situated on a sloppy land, like a small green village containing 16 buildings having between them internal roads and parking spaces. These buildings are all oriented toward the view and are linked together by longitudinal stairs. These long stairs are situated between leveled stone walls and stepping gardens; they remind us of the favelas.

Each building is surrounded by a lot of greeneries. As for the design, it is modern using simple and light materials. The green flowerbeds give an added value to the buildings. As for the interior entrance, it looks luxurious and gives a good impression to the people walking in.
